The new Oxford Audi Centre at Cowley is now open
The construction work on the new home of Oxford Audi has commenced. The new Audi New, Used, Fleet, Service & Parts development will comprise a 2 storey “terminal” style building which will sit opposite the existing David Lloyd Racket and Healthcare centre on the north side of Oxford Business Park, North Garsington Road, Cowley, Oxford.
Global property group, Goodman, which owns, develops and manages the Park, will work closely with the Ridgeway team to construct its new stunning new facility.
Relocating its Oxford Audi dealership from Kidlington, Oxford, the new premises reflects the success of the company, as its first new build garage. The Ridgeway Group has seen continual growth and expansion and is now ranked as one of the Top 20 largest Motor Retail Groups in the UK. The stunning facility is scheduled for completion mid/late Summer 2014.
James Raven, Development Director, Goodman UK Business and Science Parks said:
“Oxford Business Park has always been closely attached to the motor trade industry. It has a unique identity as a place that celebrates the local heritage and promotes a strong sense of community. We look forward to welcoming Ridgeway and Audi to the Park, delivering a high quality development as well as creating a significant benefit to the local economy.”
John O’Hanlon, Chief Executive of Ridgeway, said
“Oxford Business Park offers us tremendous potential – it’s already becoming a flagship business location close to the city centre but with rapid access routes like the M40, A40 and A34 close by. Our new site offers the true 21st Century Audi customer experience … we can’t wait.”
